Fuel Injector Cleaning Service:
  1. Initial Flow Testing: Upon receiving your fuel injectors, we conduct a comprehensive flow test. This includes inspecting for leaks, performing Ohm testing, assessing the spray pattern, checking pulse operation, and verifying the flow rate. If your injectors are functioning properly, we will not proceed with the cleaning process until we contact you for authorization. This approach minimizes costs and ensures prompt service.
  2. Complete Ultrasonic Cleaning: Once your injectors are approved for cleaning, we immerse them in an ultrasonic bath while simultaneously pulsing and back flushing them. This thorough process effectively removes debris and deposits from inside the injectors, resulting in restored performance comparable to new injectors.
  3. Post-Cleaning Test: Following the cleaning process, we conduct another flow test to ensure optimal performance of your fuel injectors. We strive to complete this final evaluation promptly to expedite the return of your injectors.
  4. Flow Data Sheet: To provide you with a comprehensive overview, we include a flow data sheet with your cleaned injectors. This sheet contains flow data from both the initial test and the post-cleaning test. Comparing the performance of your previously used, dirty injectors to the cleaned units can be both interesting and informative.
  5. Seal and Filter Replacement: As part of our service, we replace all standard injector seals if necessary. To ensure a proper fit for your vehicle, please include the injector seals when packaging your injectors for mailing. Additionally, we can replace the internal screen or "filter basket" in injectors that require it.
  6. Pintle Caps: During our inspection, we assess the condition of the injector pintle caps. If any caps are broken or missing, we can typically replace them. Please note that certain injectors may have unique caps that may need to be specially ordered, which may incur additional costs. We will contact you if such a situation arises.

  2. Ensure your fuel injectors are clean, dry, and carefully packed in a manner that prevents them from banging into each other during transit.
  3. Include the filled-out service form in the package along with your injectors.
  4. Send the package to the address provided on our website.
